About the module

Text functions are highly valuable in Excel as they enable users to manipulate and analyse text data effectively. With text functions, users can clean and standardize data, which is crucial for data analysis and reporting.

In this module we are going to look at some of the most useful Excel functions that have been added in recent years, we'll spend most of our time looking at a variety of text functions, but also take a moment to look at the new STOCKHISTORY functionality.

He uses data analytics software e.g. Tableau to transform accounting reporting in a modern, shareable and actionable format whilst reducing time taken to prepare reports and streamlining content to minimise noise. Sam was a founding member and Chair of ACCA's Global Technology Forum, steering ACCA's approach to updating members around key technology developments and trends.
